Justin Han

Justin Han is an associate at the Dallas office who became licensed in 2018. His practice includes commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and complex business litigation. More than just a litigator, Justin is known for using outside-the-box thinking to solve clients’ complex legal issues in the most efficient way. Justin has experience in FDCPA, FCRA, breach of contract claims, patent infringement, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement.

Before joining Malone Frost Martin, Justin practiced in various litigation firms focusing on serving the intellectual property interest and other business interests of international tech companies. Justin has native fluency in Mandarin and Taiwanese.
