Patrick Watts
Patrick focuses his practice primarily on complex litigation and trial work out of the Chicago and St. Louis offices. Patrick has extensive experience litigating cases, from initial pleadings through trial, in courts around the country. Patrick has advocated as lead counsel for a multitude of national companies in dozens of class action matters in federal courts nationwide.
Patrick has significant experience in the areas of financial and securities litigation, class action defense, consumer defense (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act defense, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act), shareholder/partnership disputes, contract litigation, property insurance disputes, catastrophic injury, estate litigation, financial industry regulatory matters, FINRA arbitration matters, employment litigation defense and professional licensing regulatory defense. Patrick also has experience defending a wide array of felony criminal matters in both state and federal courts.
