Andrew specializes in complex litigation, including defense of collection agencies, on a national scale.  Andrew is based out of the St. Louis office.  Andrew has successfully defended multiple matters where debtors have sought relief under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”).

Andrew has vast experience representing creditors, insurance companies, and individuals throughout the country.  Additionally, Andrew has represented bankruptcy trustees in administering debtors’ bankruptcy estates.  Andrew has a track record of success due to his hard work and attention to detail.  He has handled cases from their onset through resolution.
